Our team is made up of people who live in the Chocó Andino region, in the San José de Mashpi enclosure.
Although we have defined roles within the work team, we are always willing to lend a hand in all the tasks on the farm. All the members of the team know deeply each step in the agro-ecological production and transformation of cocoa.
She is in charge of designing new products in an integral way and supplying the workshop with the best raw materials.
She also works on the farm. Her favourite task, apart from creating chocolates, is to produce fertilisers and bio-fertilisers, and to ensure that the farm is integrated.

He’s the reserve ecologist. Apart from knowing in depth everything that has to do with the cultivation of cocoa and working directly in its production, he is in charge of planting other species that accompany the chocolate. He does research on biodiversity and is a naturalist with a fierce eye and feline intuition. He guides visitors, gives workshops on the farm project and the reserve.
He is in charge of the farm, passionate about nature and, above all, about organic farming. He has an unparalleled knowledge of peasant life, capable of repairing a plane with a beer cap, and doing just about anything!

Mamba has been on the farm since the project began, always accompanying the team in all the work on the farm. He enjoys sucking on any almonds he finds on his way, and is a staunch defender of the national cocoa.
